These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered under the name BuyBuildExitPro, a trade name of:

Article 1. Definitions

Service Provider: BuyBuildExitPro, operating under Sirrapa Group Holding B.V.
Client: any individual or legal entity who uses the services of BuyBuildExitPro.
Services: including but not limited to the Exit Engine Blueprint™ (light and full versions), advisory, coaching, strategy implementation, digital products, and templates.

Article 2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, agreement, and delivery of products or services by BuyBuildExitPro to the Client, regardless of the Client's country of residence or business location.

Article 3. Agreement Formation

An agreement is formed when a service or product is purchased via checkout link, invoice, proposal, or online registration form.

Article 4. Execution

The Service Provider will carry out its services to the best of its ability and judgment, in line with agreed-upon goals and timelines. The Client is responsible for providing all required information in a timely and complete manner.

Article 5. Payment

• All invoices must be paid in advance or within the payment period stated.
• No refunds are available once the first session is delivered or digital products are accessed.
• Access to services, documents, or tools may be suspended in case of late payment.

Article 6. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from Client decisions based on the delivered advice. The use of templates, systems, or strategies is entirely at the Client's own risk.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

All (digital) materials, reports, session recordings, and documents remain the intellectual property of BuyBuildExitPro / Sirrapa Group Holding B.V., unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Article 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
